Installation scope, confirmed before your visit
The following items can form part of the agreed installation scope. Your written quote confirms what is included for your particular appliance and home.
- Range-hood replacement requests with existing ventilation details.
- Freezer positioning and setup assessment.
- Multiple kitchen or laundry appliances in one planned visit.
- Built-in and specialty appliance requests reviewed against the manufacturer’s requirements.
Before installation day
- List every appliance with its brand and model number.
- Explain which appliances are already on site and when delivery is expected.
- Describe the existing connections and access for each location.
- Tell us about property-management, strata or building-access requirements.
Work that needs a separate assessment
Specialty work is accepted only after the installation requirements are reviewed. Custom cabinetry, new ducting, utility alterations, delivery and disposal are not automatically included. A combined visit depends on compatible preparation and scheduling.
Can I request installation for an appliance that is not listed?
Yes. Send the model number and a description of the work. We will confirm whether the requested installation can be taken on and what preparation is needed.
