What is normally considered a replacement installation?
A replacement generally means the appliance fits the existing space and suitable water, drain, power or vent connections are already accessible. Moving the appliance to a new location or changing those connections can require additional work. Your quote confirms the exact scope.
Are parts included?
Only the parts listed in your quote are included. Hoses, stacking kits, trim kits, mounting hardware and vent components depend on the model. Tell us what came with the appliance and what you already have.
Do you disconnect and remove the old appliance?
Ask for disconnection, moving, removal or disposal when requesting your quote. These services are not automatically included. Please do not assume delivery arrangements include installation or removal.
Do you install gas appliances?
Identify gas and dual-fuel appliances at the enquiry stage. Gas work must be assessed separately, and the appropriate qualified trade and any required approvals must be confirmed before the job is accepted. A standard electric-appliance quote does not include gas work.
Can you guarantee my preferred date?
A preferred date is a request. The appointment is confirmed only after the scope, availability and quote have been agreed. Wait for confirmation before arranging time off or booking a building elevator.
What if the appliance does not fit?
Fit should be checked against the manufacturer’s specifications before booking. If a problem is found, the scope and next steps need to be reviewed. Cabinet, countertop or utility changes are not assumed to be included.
Do you repair faulty appliances?
This website is for installation requests. If the appliance itself is defective or needs diagnosis, mention this before booking; installation does not replace warranty service or appliance repair.
What about payment, cancellation and warranty terms?
Ask for the applicable payment, cancellation, rescheduling and workmanship terms with your quote. No payment is collected through this website. Manufacturer warranties are separate from the installation service.
Your installation-day checklist
- Have the appliance on site, with the model instructions and supplied parts.
- Clear the access route and protect or move fragile belongings nearby.
- Keep children and pets away from the working area.
- Make the existing shutoffs, outlets and drain or vent connections accessible.
- Arrange building access, parking and an elevator reservation if required.
- Have an authorised adult available to discuss the installation and any unexpected conditions.
