Record both appliance models
For a washer, dryer or matched pair, provide each brand and full model number. Include the manufacturer instructions and note whether the units are new, already in place, stacked or side by side.
Describe the laundry space
Share clear photos of the appliances, laundry area and visible existing connections. Measure accessible doorway and laundry-space dimensions if you can do so without moving equipment. Mention stairs, tight corridors, elevator and parking details.
Explain the dryer configuration
Tell us whether the dryer is electric or gas and, if known, whether it is vented or a ventless model. Gas-line work and any new electrical circuit are separate work; do not assume either is part of an appliance installation request. Note the existing setup so Falcon can confirm the requested scope before an appointment is arranged.
Get ready for an agreed visit
Clear the immediate floor area and keep stacking hardware, hoses and manuals together. Do not disconnect water, drain, vent or electrical connections to prepare an estimate. Note any building access rules or delivery timing dependencies.
Ask about laundry installation
Use the installation request form with both model numbers and the service city. Review the washer and dryer installation page. No appointment is confirmed until details, price and availability are agreed.
